Adding One Pixel Line to Header

    I would like to add a one pixel line above and below the menu. I've attached before and after photos so you can see what I'm trying to do. I added the line in Photoshop for the example I've attached but need to do that on the website. Maybe with CSS? Can you help? That would be so nice as I've tried every code I know and can't get it to look like that on the website. Thank you so much! I've used Trades (as you can see) on a number of sites. I think I've bought a half dozen or so copies of that theme!

    One more request... on the home page, the button in the middle of the page (the gold "eCourse Registration button) inherits the rollover color which is also gold. Is there a way to code that rollover text color to show up as a different color? Home page/button is here: https://mynaturalfertility.org/

            <span>
                <span class="sow-icon-fontawesome" data-sow-icon=""></span>
                eCourse Registration        </span>
        </a>

    Try out this CSS snippet. Is this what you are looking for by chance?

    .outter-wrapper.post-header-container {
        border: 1px solid black;
    }

    and for button try use following css:

    a.ow-icon-placement-right.ow-button-hover span {
        color: white;
    }

    Thanks,

    Awesome. Thank you. Worked great. I tweaked it a bit, but what you provided got me rolling. Many thanks!

    Here's what I ended up using:

    }
    .outter-wrapper.header-container {
        border: 1px solid #a1834d;
