    I am getting the message, "The link you followed has expired." when I try to upload your zip file to the Themes.

    I have tried to install using both Firefox & Chrome. I am using Wordpress 4.9.6

    I am the only person to have used it in a long while so there shouldn't be any problems memory.

    I also tried renaming the file to just booker.zip incase for some reason a long name was an issue but that didn't make any difference.

    I am using a Hostgator package to run the site on so there shouldn't be any problems there.

    Can you give me any suggestions?

    Hi,

    There could be variety of reasons  but i doubt regarding PHP file size:

    usually error occurred when The ‘upload max.file size’ set to 2Mb while you were trying to upload a larger file. could you please check it ?

    Please post admin login details so I can look into this issue for you.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the reply. The problem was that the zip file I needed was contained within another zip file that had all of the content documentation etc included.

    I don't seem to be able to load things correctly e.g.

    Failed to import product_type external
    Failed to import product_type grouped
    Failed to import product_type simple
    Failed to import product_type variable
    Failed to import product_cat Books

    when I'm trying to upload the Demo Content.

    This may have something to do the the message, "This theme recommends the following plugin: Envato WordPress Toolkit." that keeps on displaying after it was replaced with the new Envato plugin.

    I would like to have the content as in the Demo and then go from there there seems to be conflicts.

    Any suggestions

    failed notices are normal when importing and should not have any impact on your site.

    The demo file contains content from the WooCommerce plugin.

    If you do not have this plugin installed when importing you will get the failed notices you mention. If you wish to import the WooCommerce content as well make sure to install/activate this plugin prior to importing

    Hi Hina,

    I've installed the WooCommerce plugin and got an error installing the demo content. I thought there may be a possibility of some conflict of files so I installed Wordpress on an empty domain, uploaded your theme with all of its plugins & WooCommerce then tried install the Demo content but still got the same error (see attached)

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Peter,

    this is not the same error you reported but an issue with server and PHP settings on server. which points most of the time that No enough PHP memory to process/perform action.

    Please try after extend PHP memory more at least 1000 MB and then try again?

    There are two ways to increase PHP memory, first is by adding the following to your “wp-config.php” file.

    ini_set('memory_limit', '1500M');
    ini_set('max_execution_time', '300');
    

    if above doesn’t work so this means there is some restriction from hosting provider so in this case you have to ask your hosting provider/support to set following PHP settings on your account.

    memory_limit = '1500M'
    max_execution_time='300'

    Thank you Hina,

    I've got things working and the pages added. There is one thing I can't seem to master. It is to do with the downcomer menus. The default items in the menu have a little angle down when there are sub-items. This little icon doesn't seem to appear when I add mine.

    I believe there is css code associated with your item i.e. "classes":"fa after fa-angle-down" but there seems to be no way I can add this. It isn't a big thing but I would prefer having this little down arrow.

    Any suggestions?
